If a student forgets their password, either the teacher or the student can reset it. Here's how to do both.
As a teacher
To reset a student's password, navigate to a class and click the student list. In this list, click the edit button beside the student's name and type in the new password. Hit save. The new password can now be passed on to your student.
As a student
Students can reset their own passwords by clicking the forgot password link below the log-in window. To reset your password this way, you need to have access to the email address you use to log into the platform.
